I always appreciate the time Dr Nounopoulos takes to answer and and all of my questions. She even phoned me once after her work hours because she knew I was worried. Excellent communicator.

I had the 'usual' excellent appointment with Dr. Nounopoulos... but, after the eye exam and session i made it clear I was in the market for 2-3 pairs of new glasses withe new progressive prescription and possibly a pair of prescription sunglasses that were to be 'golf' oriented and friendly (allows for one to read the roll of a putting green). I was passed from three different eye attendants who each directed me to different frames (the most expensive to start) and seemed to forget that I was looking to get more than one pair of glasses. *Also, I had been offered a special discount to correlate to a recent birthday (60% off) but the attendants kept saying 50% if I bought a second pair and that it would be the second pair that would be discounted!). Finally when I asked about the sunglasses, the wide array of choices were for regular sunglasses or sunglasses for skiing and snowboarding - nothing really for golf except for an Oakley -Bubba Watson pair that were for golf down south in the USA and not suitable for the Pacific Northwest (which has different light and conditions!). Finally, I made a decision on one pair of glasses and lenses... but left not all that happy or satisfied with the service. A lot of optical clinics and outlets offer specials for more than one pair of glasses and promote a wide choice of prescription sunglasses to be included in the multiple order... While Dr. Nounopolos is terrific, i cannot say the same in regards to my last visit in regards to obtaining new glasses. Regards, Larry Seehagen

Dr. Nounopoulos is a thorough, knowledgeable and attentive eye care professional. She takes careful and detailed notes of each visit, recording her observations and recommendations which over time results in an excellent longitudinal assessment of your eye health linked to your overall health. I highly recommend her and her teams services.
