Doctor is a 10 out of 10. Answered all my questions and easy to understand. Very professional. She offered my a sunglasses of the clinic. Highly recommend her.

I had my first appointment yesterday and felt that I was in great care. Dr. Nounopoulos was on time and ran extra tests due to some of my concerns. She also took extra time to talk through options and really explain to me strategies that were more wholistic in nature versus immediately recommending new glasses, contacts, products, etc. I really felt like I had an idea of all of my options leaving the building. I have a secondary app booked free of charge and could not be happier with her services, professionalism and person. Would recommend!

Dr. Nounopoulos is simply the best. From bifocal toric contact lenses to regular glasses to macular degeneration monitoring there is no one else I would trust.

Dr Nounopoulus is professional and efficient, while remaining personable and concerned about her patients. She did extra tests on me because of my family history. Dr Nounopoulus takes careful histories and updates previously stored information.

I have recommended her to my father.

As always, Dr.Nounopoulos is excellent! She is prompt, kind, and to the point. The staff are very polite and smile a lot. All in all, it is a pleasure to deal with such people.

Dr Katherine is friendly but not very knowledgeable as my past optometrist. I had testing done before my exam but none of it is covered with me nor photos of my eye or anything. Why do the testing before exam if she doesnt review while I am there?. I find the staff to be very rude. They seem very gossipy and I do not want to be in that type of atmosphere at a Dr's office.

I've been coming to Hollyburn Eye Clinic for several years, and I've always received top-notch care. Dr. Katherine Nounopoulos in particular is very invested in patient care: she takes her time, offers thorough eye exams, answers all questions, and always offers different options for eye care if they're available/needed. The selection of frames has always been good, but is even better now they've got more space in the new clinic. The staff there are all lovely in helping with looking at frames and trying things on, and in a variety of price ranges, too--they don't just show you the really expensive stuff and nothing else. I've had readjustments made to frames long after my appointments, and the staff have always been very gracious and helpful. I highly recommend Hollyburn Eye Clinic.
