Dr Smylie went over and above to help me when diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma. He gave me his time and all the information I needed for treatment decisions. I am alive and well today because he cared.

Unfortunately, I am not having the same experience with Dr Smylie and his receptionist Sarah. His manner is abrupt and he was not available for the second doctor/patient meeting. His receptionist has not replied to my phone calls in 6 days since I needed a verification form of my condition filled out, for continued disability support during my university studies. I seems like neither of them care about patients or maybe it is just me. I am currently trying to switch to another oncologist and hope never to see Dr Smylie again.
