Dr Elizabeth Riccardi does listen but does not really engage well when a patient questions her professional knowledge on a diagnosis. In my opinion she lacks as a medical professional. Internist Associates needs to listen to patients complaints with concern .

Dr. Riccardi is a great listener- she really took the time to learn who I am and what I value in my medical care. I feel fortunate to have her as my PCP! She is young, well-trained, and a Syracuse native with plans to stay in Syracuse long-term.

Dr. Riccardi has a tendency to talk down to you, and treat you as though you are sub-human. She seems to have adequate medical knowledge but it is obvious she doesn't want to be in where she is at the moment. Her current position is most likely training and she will move on to another facility.
