Dr. Rao and his team are absolutely amazing!!
Honestly I don't understand some of the low ratings. I have gone to Jaggi for years haven't ever experienced the slightest bit of negative. All positive. I know how busy everyone in the office is...but they work as a unit and very efficiently!!

My experience here was very unnerving. Like many comments, I saw the doctor for about 2 minutes. The person who performed my procedure did not let me finish my questions before she started because they were in a rush. They started the procedure without telling me and I flinched and had an extra mark on my face. They also did not look at my chart and I had to tell them what the doctor had said. The mole is not completely gone, but I won’t go back there.

Dr. Rap and Wendy have been amazing and patient with all of my concerns. I have been afflicted with horrible acne and acne scarring. Under their guidance and treatments including profractional laser, I finally have my confidence back. Thank you so much!

Dr. Rao and Sandra take the utmost care to ensure patient satisfaction. After a procedure, I was not 100% satisfied with the results and was having buyers remorse. They wanted to make sure I was happy, and gave me another treatment on the house, to ensure better results! They made my week! Thank you :) Highly recommend and will be back!

I have never waited long here and I've had a lot of appts since I started seeing Rao in 2016. The referral process can take some time, but Rao and his staff are very fast once you get in!!

Rao is one of the most considerate doctors I have ever met! His bedside manner is truly impressive, and he always makes you feel fully cared for. He is the only doctor who took the time to listen to my concerns about my allergies and help me figure out the root cause of my eczema and chronic urticaria/angioedema. Without him, I would have suffered through my life like other doctors suggested I do. THANK YOU RAO!!!

He is incredibly knowledgeable and always up to date with new treatments that my family doctor has never even heard of.

Rao and his team and NEVER pushed products or treatments on me, despite me being open to anything.

I'll continue to come to this clinic as long as I'm in Edmonton!! I recommend him and his team to anyone with a skin concern.

First came to Dr.Rao's clinic in 2017, and had a consultation with Sanja who was excellent. Got the consultation to inquire about removing veins under my eyes, that a "doctor " told me to use cortisone cream and it thinned my undereye area. The facial veins bothered me for years and ruined my confidence. Had the excel v laser done, and although not completely gone, my undereyes look much better. Dr Rao is an excellent dermatologist, who not only is incredibly knowledgeable and talented, but also has a warm, kind personality and excellent bedside manner. The staff are also very kind and helpful. Glad I found this clinic after I had called another clinic and they charged for a consultation and would not book you for an appointment without your credit card information. Their greed was a blessing in disguise as I came across the fantastic Rao dermatology clinic and the lovely Dr.Rao.

I see quite a number of negative reviews for Dr. Rao at this site. I found him knowledgeable and staff was good but they do indeed try to sell you expensive cosmetic products. The ones I purchased were a high priced disappointment. I would advise anyone seeking cosmetic procedures to consult with multiple dermatologists before making a decision, (it is time and money well spent) ask to see before and after photos, and have your questions written down before you attend a consultation - that way you don't have to try to remember them. I have learned to avoid anyone who doesn't take the time to answer my questions during a consult - and make sure you and the physician agree ON EXACTLY what will be done. Err on the side of caution - just read some of the reviews here, and at the sites of other dermatologists. Not everyone is happy with their result.

Please don't waste your time here. They have friendly staff and a posh environment for us to enjoy while we wait but do not take the time to actually address patient concerns. He saw us for less than 2 minutes, wrote a diagnosis which we had to read off the chart, deferred questions as he walked out the room by assuring he was coming back and then sent the nurse instead to push 100+ dollar products that we were supposed to blindly purchase with no insight into our condition. We then asked to actually speak with him to understand the diagnosis and how the products could help (literally why we came to a doctor and NOT something a patient should have to ask for), we were left hanging and eventually left without getting to see him. Extremely unprofessional for a doctor and not the first time we’ve experienced this here. Finally learned from this and will not be going back.

No complaints currently! The doctor is punctual and stays up-to-date in medicine, which is a rarity these days after having seen many condescending doctors. Highly recommended doctor. This review isn't fake FYI. :)

I went in with an acne problem which they said would be fixed within 6 months. they prescribed me with a very high dosage of accurate. which caused a very strong breakout for months. My face was red and swollen for a very long time, this left REALLY bad scars for which I have now paid 7000 dollars to get rid of and the results have been disappointing.
