It was terrible. He put me on a diabetes drug to help me with weight loss. This was after I gained weight after having my thyroid radiated.

First off, I want to say that Dr Drealos is a fantastic thorough doctor. He really listened, answered questions, & really seemed to care. All these negative reviews seem to be with his staff which isnt really fair to him. I've had doctors in the past that have had really bad bedside manners, didn't answer questions, & didn't seem to care. Please keep that in mind when choosing this doctor. If you don't receive a call back to schedule an appointment, be proactive and call this office back, it's worth it. There might be some hiccups with the staffing, but once you get in to see Dr Drealos, his expertise is worth the wait. I went in to see him for a second opinion and I trust him 100%, whereas the first doctor I saw left me feeling uneasy because he refused to answer any questions until I ran blood tests, etc. Dr Drealos was happy to answer all questions I had. Also remember, people are more apt to leave bad reviews than good reviews.

After my first visit with Dr. Draelos I’m very positively impressed with he and his staff. People I know who have gone to him write him very highly also.

didn't really listen focused on my insulin resistance, I wanted to address my thyroid and feeling like a human again then address the insulin but he kept trying to prescribe me diabetic meds , I only saw him 3 times and he could not help each visit telling me how much I need these meds

Charged me $400.00 for my vist then when I go to the back tried to sell me vitamins that were very costly. Gave me no information on what I could do to help myself, except what I was already doing. waned to keep upping my Synthroid until I had massive panick attacks.

Draelos seems nice enough but I was always seeing his PAs who didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. They seemed disorganized and couldn't decide what medications I should be on and kept switching them. My A1C only got worse during the time I went there as a patient. I had a lower A1C when I was going to my family doctor and he was treating me. They just seemed all over the board. I had really hoped Draelos would be helpful due to the fact that he is also diabetic but I think he has too many patients and leaves the care up to the PAs who really don't have the experience. Find another endocrinologist.

Dr Draelo has been caring for me since my thyroid cancer surgery. He is always caring and helpful during my visits. I would highly recommend him.

Because the office staff won't answer the phone, it makes getting an appointment impossible. What a joke.

Don’t do it. Go elsewhere. The staff is disorganized, rude and apathetic. I’m so disappointed. These people, in my opinion, are putting my very life at risk.

Saw PA on July 10th. After 3 calls asking about lab work, find out what was promised was ordered, was not. Office seems to be in disorganized. Difficult, at best, to get a return phone call. High staff turnover. Too many patients to handle and give the attention they deserve?? Hard to find a decent doctor in the OKC area for Hashimoto's issues.
