I took my daughter to Dr Duck today for the first time. We have no plans of going back. He treated her well and her extractions were almost painless, which was wonderful. But I was concerned with the appearance of the exam area - exam chair was torn, other chair was broken, floor really needed vacuuming...several things looked as if they needed cleaning and/or updating. The main exam area had three partitioned-off areas without real walls between them. He went from one patient to another quite often. No real privacy. Patients were asked to go spit in a common sink (on same counter with dental supplies) instead of having a basin of some sort at their exam chair. My daughter's extracted teeth were baby teeth, and she wanted to keep them. Unlike at our previous dentist, we had to ask for them. Two hygienists hunted and finally found a tooth box to put them in.
The staff was friendly, but I would not recommend this place, mainly due to my concerns over cleanliness. As a former healthcare provider, I don't know how they pass any inspections they might have.

I must admit it has been several years now but the job Dr.Randall O. Duck has done for me has not only kept me out of the dentist chair but the overall doctors offices as well. The great blessings I have received from treatments I have received from Dr. Duck has allowed my body to strengthen and My health to vastly improve throughout the years. I am eternally grateful and proudly recommend Dr. Randall O. Duck to anyone who needs dental care of their teeth. I further would like to commend the entire staff of professionals he has working for him as they are the best this world has to offer.

From the first time I ever called Dr Ducks office and heard his sweet receptionist Joys voice I knew I would have good experiences. They are prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. One time I stopped in for a filling check and he went ahead and cleaned my teeth that day even though it wasn't time and for no charge. I went in for pain, did an xray and my tooth was abscessed and he pulled out his cell phone and Called the surgeon and had me an appt that same day with him. Dr Duck truly cares.

Caring, Great staff, Knowledgeable, Understanding. Does not talk down to his patients, unlike many other dentists I have known. Explains in detail what's wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. No frills. Just great service and very reasonable.

Had heard good and bad reviews but went to Dr Duck with pain and his staff and he were very friendly, knowledgeable and just made me feel welcome. He went into detail explaining what needed to be done and checked on my out of pocket and was made me feel welcomed. His staff was wonderful.

Dr. Duck is the best general dentist and kindest man. I am one of his first patients and have been cared for by him for years. All my dental work has been more than satisfactory. Dr. Duck also has taken care of my family. I have a grown son who lives out of state and he comes home to have non emergency work done by Dr. Duck. He is honest, gentle, and caring. As an added bonus he is very interesting and tells remarkable stories about his travels, etc. He also always asks about my family members. Yes, he does have a small staff - but they are competent, friendly, and work well together and I like that. I have always had dental insurance but know of others who do not and Dr. Duck worked with them to save their teeth and maintain oral health.
