I have had an exceptional experience every visit to see Dr. Boyles to include visits for cleaning, wisdom teeth extraction, and a new crown. Dr. Boyles is an experienced and knowledgeable dentist He explained what procedures he was going to do each visit and answered all questions that I had. His staff (Sharon) is most efficient with scheduling appointments, making telephone reminders a few days before the appointment, and rescheduling when necessary. She also understands dental insurance and the procedures covered by the insurance, and her billing from the office is timely and accurate. I recommend that anyone looking for a dentist make an appointment to see Dr. Boyles.

Boyles fixed my problem,& things are great now. My job, shared to both him & staff, is demanding. My score is based on lack of knowledge in CS & as an owner. I had to reschedule 3 appt.:2 well in time,1 with a 5 hour notice. As a businessman, I understand frustration. Treating a customer in this manner is surreal: Go to Boyles as long as you can assure 100% attendance and punctuality. He charged $25, & sent 5 invoices to my home. It was known I was bringing it my next visit. He's good, only reason I went back. Regretted this; was told that I would learn to respect his time and said he lost $500 bc of me. See paid amount above: in 2 months was a gold mine. Said nothing, shocked as he also said I would drop my "tude". Was told it was a bad week, & was not the 1st. If I acted this way at work, I'd suffer clients & $100k+. Today was an example of defining unprofessional. I will not be going back to a Dr. with this attitude as I do not want him drilling at my teeth. I recommend against.

Yes, it is true that Dr. Boyles does not engage in a lot of small talk, but he is a great dentist. Personally, I like a dentist that spends more time on the exam than small talk. He is always on time and does all of his own work (no hygenist).

I have been to this dentist 3 times. Each time he was abrupt, uncommunicative, and unhelpful, other than telling me that my teeth were fine. He does not have a "chair-side" manner. He comes in, examines your teeth and sends you out. I am looking for a new dentist.

Doctor is VERY uncommunicative. I was in his chair for over 30 minutes and all he said was: "Hello;" "Rinse;" and "Everything's good." His "chairside" manner is poor and, at times he seems to forget that he has a living, breathing person in the chair. I almost gagged on saliva/tooth cleaner because I could neither swallow or spit.
