The Dr was late and lets the patients wait for a long time. Doesnt call his staff to let them know he is not coming in or is running very very late. He relies on his staff who does a very great job keeping up with their patients. I find it weird that he asks about personal sexual life instead of going to the point. He is very narcissistic about himself and talks a lot.
