Dr. Kwong is an amazing and caring doctor who listens to what youre saying and works with you to find a solution. Highly recommend!

This guy kept me waiting for an hour. He was acting as a locum for my regular MD. Then refused to refer me for an ultrasound - even though that's what the orthopedic specialist said he needed. Quong insisted I get an X-Ray first and depending on that, maybe I could get an Ultrasound. He also said the wait for an ultrasound was several months. I don't like unnecessary X-rays so waited 2 wks till my regular MD was in - he referred me for the ultrasound, which was booked less than 2wks hence. Sure enough, I have a torn tendon in my shoulder which would not have shown up in the unnecessary x-ray. Awful service for what appears to be bad advice.
