My spleen was lacerated x4 with 3.5 litres of blood in abdomen. Symptoms appeared 4 hours later. I survived minus my spleen after 70 hours in ICU and 5 days on a ward.

He bruised my spleen and didn't tell me I found out hours later when my spleen ruptured and I was fighting for my life
