HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! STAY AWAY! My mother had an abscessed tooth that needed to be taken care of immediately. The office staff was great but Dr Rudd was awful. She was very swollen because of the infection which made putting the needle for the numbing extremely painful. Dr Rudd was not compassionate at all and acted disgusted when she started to cry from the pain. Once he got to the tooth he noticed it was cracked and said it needed to be extracted. He said he couldn’t do that (even though it states online that he can) charged her $1,000 (for doing absolutely nothing) and sent her on her way. He didn’t prescribe her any pain meds, refer her to any other professional who could take care of the problem (that he could apparently not), or give her a prescription for antibiotics. I am shocked at the poor level of care that was given by this “professional”. Would never recommend to anyone so beware.

The worst dental experience of my life. I was hurting so much, tears were running down my cheeks and the Dr. didn't blink an eye or stop or ask what was wrong! I would never ever go to him again
