We booked with Dr Chang on the 17th Aug for the durst appointment available on the 14th Oct at 11:30am. Husband taken time off to take our son as well as him missing part of the school day. Made sure they arrived early at 11:20am ... after 30mins passed our appointment time he asked the receptionist and al she can say is sorry nothing I can do but wait .. in the meantime at least 3 other patients have come in and waited no longer than 10-15 mins before being seen .. so I can’t even say if Dr Chang was running late cause why would patients just come in without waiting as long as we did or was the patients appointment before us and they were running late , which why would they still be allowed to be seen . Now I am a very patience and understanding person . Things happen but waiting an HOUR after our appointment time and still waiting and being told nothing but to wait well then it becomes frustrating and unprofessional. Do yourself a favour if you don’t want to end up wasting your time go see the other many ENT specialist.
