D.r. Insoo has absolutely transformed my skin! Because of Dr. Insoo I have confidence, and am able to go wherever I want makeup free. I struggled w. Acne for 20 yrs. 6 months w/ Dr. Insoo and all of that is over now. I would travel the globe to see Dr. Insoo, and I would wait hours and hours to be seen by him.

The Staff are honest, professional, and caring! And Dr. Insoo truly cares and wants the best for his patients. He is a man of his craft, and I would 1,000/100 recommend him for absolutely ANYONE!! Please keep doing what you are doing!! You all changed my life!!

BE VERY CAREFUL! I ended up getting scars on my breasts because Dr. Insoo Om gave me the wrong instructions on how to use a compound cream he prescribed to me for my hyperpigmentions on my breasts. I wen to see him to solve one situation "hyper pigmentation" and ended up with more problems: emotionally broken, scars that I've been dealing with for more than a year, and I still have the hyperpigmentations. So please do your research first, before going to see him and be really careful.

I was recommended by a friend, worse experience ever. Mr Om was very unprofessional. I did a PRP and was charge in the back room like a ilegal activity was going on. Never received a receipt. Very unhappy with the result.

My daughter and I recently became patients of Insoo Om. He was recommended by my wife who has been his patient for the last 15 years. My daughter needed to be seen for a concerning dark line on her fingernail. Nervous as we were, once Insoo came in and examined our daughter, he reassured us that nothing was dangerous looking. That being said, he still sent a piece of her nail for a biopsy just to be on the safe side. My daughter was terrified of having a biopsy but Insoo did so well with calming her and making her trust him which was no easy task. He even showed her and my son (who came along for moral support) a "magic trick" with liquid nitrogen. I know see why my wife has entrusted his knowledge and his general work for so many years. His bedside manner is amazing, especially with kids. I have been to se many doctors in my life but I can honestly say that he is one of the best providers I've ever dealt with. Its refreshing to know that there are still providers out there that really care about their patients and try to ease their patient's worries.

I have been a patient of OM for over 20 years. I myself work for a very reputable Dermatology office and I still only trust my skin conditions also cosmetic needs in his care. Professional, caring, compassionate. Have not lost his bedside manners in decades. Actually for his stature he is considerately under charge. Why because he knows , aware that we are minorities. We do not have the best health insurance. The care is the same as if he treated a Central Park South patient. A good provider in any field will treat accordingly to what is best at that time. Treatment plan can always change. Lucky to find a provider in these times that will even listen and prescribe the set plan. Idk about you but my skin is soft and flawless.. Thank God for OM.

WHY SO MANY FAKE 1-STAR REVIEWS IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS?

Insoo is an amazing dermatologist. I have been his patient for over 20 years. He is experienced, extremely knowledgeable, has wonderful bedside manners and genuinely cares for his patients. I would not trust my sensitive skin to anyone else.

I find it appalling that a bitter person asked their friends to give horrible reviews to someone who they have never met. If you are going to do that, at least agree on the lies that you are going to spew - all extremely inconsistent.

Those who have REALLY been seen my him know how wonderful of a professional he is.

I need to set some things straight. I’ve been Insoo’s medical assistant and patient for many year and I need to defend him. I know most of these one star reviews are FAKE.
It's funny how his hard work has given him GREAT reviews for 30 YEARS then all of a sudden he has 10 bad reviews in a row in the past 2 days??? How did he change in 2 days?
The negative reviews must've been all written by the same upset patient unchecked by RateMd site.
You can check for legitimate reviews on ZocDoc where the people can only write reviews AFTER being seen, and NOT just write randomly.
Here are some inconsistencies in the reviews along with facts.
#1) the company has NEVER checked temperatures in the front desk so one of the post tries to sound legit but LIES and FAILS. It's a FAKE REVIEW.
#2) Bring in a chart? Their notes are done electronically via ipad by the MAs and he uses a desktop.
Patient obviously didn't see the provider so doesn't even know.
#3) Scheduling is done by the main office in Brooklyn. He does not control it. He sees the patients that are scheduled for him for that day.
#4) if u left without seeing the provider cause there were too many patients, How is that his responsibility?
We wait in line for everything from going the movie theater, dinner, DMV etc. If you want to see something or someone worthwhile, chances are you will have to wait.
He has many celebrities and out of state patients whom visit him on a regular basis and will continue to see his loyal patients till he retires so I don't think these negative comments and reviews are going to hurt him much.
Maybe now his regular patients can see him faster without having to wait with annoying complaining idiots whom are trying to tarnish his great reputation.

Showed up for an appointment and NO one is there. Called to find out and they confirmed I had an appointment and then checked again to come back and tell me the Doctor isn't in today. They even called to confirm my appointment. Ridiculous. Do not go here. Going to tell my PCP NOT to send anymore referrals here. Who operates a practice like this?

Management needs to completely revamp the entire patient/ customer service support.
I tried for three days trying to get my new prescription that was not sent to my pharmacy.
Each time I called for three days, I got different answers.
On the third day I was told that the doctor is with a patient and will call me back.
He or anyone else from the office never called me back.
I drove to the office, and it was closed.
At that point, I requested to speak to someone in charge.
I explained the problem and informed that I will notify my insurance company to “Stop payment “ for incomplete service and bad service.
I then received a call back from the doctor and he informed me that the prescription was sent to my pharmacy.

Don’t use them, bad, bad, very bad service.

They need to call patients back to follow up on any problems or issues.
The worst patient/ customer service in the medical field.
