Dr. Earle hurries through her appointments. She is impersonal and distracted. She is not thorough with her diagnoses and treatments and almost always moves quickly to meds as a solution. She has a large practice but it seems she bites off more than she can chew. Her ambitions are greater than her capabilities. I have come away disappointed with her after each of my appointments - she is in a hurry, talks fast, types a few things into the computer then heads for the door. She seems annoyed, sometimes, that is there at all and not a PA. I am going to a new GP. I've had enough.

Dr. Charmaine Earle is very knowledgeable and caring. She took the time to listen to my concerns about my daughter's health and rather than just generalizing. This is very important to me.

I went to this "DR" for 3 yrs. NEVER saw the DR! Only the PAs. Out of 3 of them,ONLY Jenoa is any good, and everyone knows this because to see her you have to make an appt. weeks in advance!! The others do not pay attention to anything you say. VV office nurses are great. Front staff depends on who is manning the desk. Ann is great, sweet as can be. I no longer go here due to the new PA Bruce. He is awful!

DO NOT GO TO HER! She now has unqualified people working in her office, and she doesn't return patient calls in a timely manner. Besides that, she and her staff are very unfriendly. There are many other much better choices for doctors here.

Was probably lucky if my husband gets to see her 3 times a year. We always see PA's and they prescribed meds but they are not checking on him regularly which they are supposed to based on the medication he is taking. Their staffs are okay, not the front lady tho. They are always missed up with referrals, said they didnt receive it but when we went to the heart doctor they told us it has been faxed yesterday. So we went back to her office and we told them that the heart doctor said it was sent yesterday thru and there they are, they start digging in the fax and found it. Very very poor and i would not NEVER recommend this doctor at all...

Very good doctor. I left one doctor because he was not personable and was always rushing. Dr Earle was very thorough and spent the time.

Dr. Earle is a wonderful doctor that has gone out of her way to care for me. At a time when I did not have insurance she still would see me and would only run the test that were absolutely necessary for my treatment. Currently I am being seen by a specialist that she set up for me and her office is very fast on making sure the referrals are sent to the insurance company for approval so that I can get the care I need as soon as possible. I do not know what I will do if Dr. Earlle ever decides to retire or move. She makes you feel comfortable and has so a sweet demeanor. Choice medical group should feel very lucky to have her on their staff.

Dr.Earle is a kind doctor she listens to what you have to say. Even after 4 month of waiting for my insurance to clear a test i needed. I went into the office and they had my order still waiting for me and Dr.Earle even took time to come out to the waiting room to speak to me about my options on my condition. I just walked in I had no appoinment and they acted as if it was no big deal. I've never seen that done by any doctor. She seems to care thats what matters.

She is supposed to be my "primary" care doctor but knows very little to help CARE for me with my history. I've gone to specialists but the RIDICULOUS medical group makes me get referals from Dr. Earle. Recent referal prolems: One sat on her desk for 2 weeks before it was sent to medical group for final authorization, then was denied the day before a medical procedure was to be done. Had to start whole process over again (included coming off long term meds to go on expensive short term med for surgery) at a cost of $135 due to their negligence. Another referal was declined by Dr. Earle until I paid a copay to see her to tell her why I felt the need to see the specialist. Dr. Earle cared nothing about my obvious problem until another doc discovered what Earle already knew about but never acted on (she didn't feel it was critical). I'm on diff meds now from the other doc and MANY things are healing that I've suffered with for years, all while under Earle's "care". Choice Med Grp sucks.
