I will be changing my PCP due to my visit with Dr. Earle. She was an hour late getting into my room even though I was told to arrive 15 minutes early for the appointment and when I arrived was told that she was in a video appointment which would be another 15 to 20 minutes. Once in my room she left in the middle of writing my prescription and then returned for a brief time. Once she returned she listened to my heart for maybe 2 seconds with her stethoscope and then told me it sounded “good”. I was there as a follow up for a post-hospitalization for cardiac issues and being in the medical field know that she could not have assessed my heart properly to tell me it sounded “good”. She then told me that she felt that I didn’t need a referral to cardiology even though the cardiologist that I had seen in the hospital had recommended it. I didn’t disagree with her because I knew I wanted to change physicians at that point and if I was receiving treatment from her for a medical condition my insurance may not allow that change at this time. Getting an appointment at her office is another issue. You might get an appointment to be seen in four months if you are having a medical problem. Her office staff is rude as well except for a select few. Getting paper work filled out is ridiculous also. I missed the deadline on disability paperwork because Dr. Earle did not want to put me out except for the day that I was hospitalized and would not take a picture of the written note from the doctor who released me from the hospital putting me off of work for another week as proof. She wanted the actual paper. The only reason I have stayed at her office for as long as I have is Jenoa. She is the best and Vicki at the Palmdale office is the only office staff who knows what is going on it seems. All in all stay away from this doctor!!!

Can not make an appoint till 4-6 weeks out. Doesn't follow up with patients that have 5 temporary meds. for the heart. No instructions on what to do just left me hanging and I was experiencing issues from the meds. Called and they were to busy to answer questions. Said they would call back sometime during the day and never called back.

There was no directions for my child's medicine when Dr earls office sent the prescription the pharmacy. Whats going on at that office .The front office gives me the run around when cvs and I ask them to please correct the error.The older male Dr working there also didn't put the test to be given on the lab paper. My sons appt. was is august ,its gonna be October in two days and Dr earls office still have not corrected the prescription ,lab paper. Dr earls staff(not everyone there) act as if they are not educated to what their doing, or they don't want to be there passing my call to the next person that never answers .Dr earl will lose more patients if her staff don't do better.

Dr Earle i at first thought was great untill i was mis diagnosed at having dementia, she notified dmv ant had them take my cdl. I requested a second opinion from a well known neurologist, he diagnosed me as having problems associated with a horrific car accident and will follow uo with several diagnostic tests says i do not have dementia and took me off the dementia meds she had me taking unecessarily for almost a year. The staff there do not follow up with inportant things and today i called to have one of my very inportant meds refilled and the girl said she would do it today i explained to her i would be leaving to my dads memorial for two weeks tonite and would need this filled today . She assured me it would. This office closes at 3:30 today and has not called this in they left for the day wont be back till monday long after i am gone. This has been a habitual practice and i dont feel this Dr really cares how her staff is truly handling her office. I would make another choice when choosing a family doctor , theres much more just too much to list here now.

Dr. Earle is great. She obviously knows what shes doing and she is a very kind person. Her staff is also very helpful and kind as well.

If you are looking to get a regular appointment expect to wait 3 months before you can get it. Office staff is a joke. Need a referral....good luck with them getting it to you anytime soon. Any labs or xrays, ultrasounds, etc....good luck getting the correct results on those. Any labs or tests come back wrong if they come back at all. Seems to me that the office staff is not very organized. They sent me to get another ultrasound so I made an appointment, sat there for an hour only to find out that I couldnt get one because I had one the month before but some how the results were never put in my chart at the drs office. So they wasted about 2 hours of my time having me go get an ultra sound I didnt need. Called the office to see why I was sent in to get the ultra sound again and what the results were from my first ultrasound and was met with the voice mail saying we will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours.....that was 4 days ago plus the weekend. The Dr was ok. I was only there for a routine check up. I do have an appointment with Jeanoa next week. I have heard she is much better than Dr Earle. We shall see.
