Horrible bedside manner. Doesn't take the time to go over medical issues. Office staff are very disorganized and needed forms, referrals, prescriptions are not completed timely at all. Very unhappy with this doctor and her staff.

Let me start by saying although she was my primary care provider I had not ever seen her until the 5th or 6th visit always had the pleasure to deal with her PA Jeanoa who was always very patient caring and actually listened. In my opinion Jeanoa should be the Doctor with her own practice. When I had the unfortunate experience of finally having to deal with Doctor Charmaine Earle she was very dismissive always interrupted when I spoke, she didn't listen or take time spoke to me in a very condescending way. Her staff was also very rude and you'll always be waiting more then 30 mins to be seen that's if they remember your there. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

My appointment was w/ Jenoa Holmes, PA for Monday, June 2, 2014, @ 10:00 am.i arrived @ 10:05am. I presented my insurance card and took a seat. About 5 minutes later Vicky (the office person) told me my appointment was @ 9:45 am. I told her my appointment was for 10:00 am. She went to the back, came back stating. Mind you no one was in the waiting, and no real explanation was given. So for the sake of NOT OUTWARDLY DEMONSTRATING MY DISDAIN for this treatment I acquiesced and made the appointment.I decided before I commented NEGATIVELY anywhere online about my experience. I endeavored to search Google LQQKING for: Dr. Charmaine Earle, Patient Office Policy, Shiloh Medical Center (shilohmc.com) and found a link that was NOT working. Perhaps SHILOH MEDICAL CENTER SHOULD IMPLEMENT the following office policies Late Show, No Show, Missed Appointments, Cancelled Appointments to avoid this happening to another patient.

Dr Earle & Ms Holmes have been our family's doctors since 2005. We rarely see Dr Earle but when we have, we have had no complaints. We usually see Jenoa Holmes, her PA. Our family has a variety of medical issues - fibromyalga, lung problems, digestive/colon issues, dystonia, RLS, migraines - thankfully not all on one person! Yes we have scheduling issues, but they offer same day appts Mon-Thurs. The problems we have are with getting referrals approved - the Choice review process isnt timely, Dr Earles referral staff frequently has to push the day before or day of a scheduled appt with a specialist. Their new computer systems are slow, terrible compared to their previous software, but apparently no one listens to the feedback of the folks who use those systems daily. So we have a doctor & staff who do their best for their patients but are hampered by the medical group's choices (pun intended). Choice needs a CEO willing to be on Undercover Boss.

I have been using this office for about 6 years. I recently changed primary doctors because of Dr Earle. To start, I stayed at the office so long because Jenoa is AMAZING and I suffered through the once a year meetings with Earle so I could stay there. I recently was very ill and was forced to see Earle. I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment after I was released from being admitted to the hospital. At that point I still had symptoms and she said I would "feel better eventually". Ridiculous, my labs from the ER and urgent care all had issues and I was sent home to wait and see. She was condescending to me and rude when I asked her to explain each of the concerns I went to her office with. I CANNOT trust my health to someone as impersonal, uncaring, and dispassionate as her...... It also takes over 3 MONTHS to make an appointment for routine care. Dr Earle started out well, but she is all about money and business, and she isn't even very good at THAT.

Dr. Earle is the very best! I was in a great deal of pain and could not find a doctor to get in to see right away. My husband call her office and we live 2.5 hours away. Dr. Earle waited for us to get to the office. She checked me out and prescribed all the necessary tests and asked them to expedited to her. Within 2 weeks I had surgery and everything came out fine. She has been my primary doctor ever since. If you have an emergency, her staff will make provisions for you to see her. I have been with her for more than 4 years. She is kind, understanding and willing to listen. She has always taken her time to address any concerns I have.

It is very difficult to book an appointment within a reasonable time. Appointments are not available until months later. If it is an emergency they always want to book you with a PA instead (which is not what I selected as my primary care physician). Whenever I can see Dr. Earle she is always rushed making me feel guilty for taking up her time. It is not a positive experience and I would not recommend her if you want an accessible and patient doctor.
