I was connected to Dr. Raboubi via a Teladoc appointment. He called promptly at the expected time. He answered all of my questions and patiently spelled out the names of several OTC medications he was suggesting. Highly recommended.

I thought he took a lot of time to listen to my symptoms, but seemed slightly distracted and seemed as if he wasn't really listening to what I was saying. He didn't seem to care much about my concerns and passed everything off as "normal" even though I was clearly experiencing abnormal symptoms. He ordered blood tests and didn't even take the time to call me back to explain what the results were. His nurse called and told me he was putting me on a cholesterol medication without explaining why, what my numbers were, or ask if I had any questions. He didn't even know that with PCOS you don't have to have cysts to have the syndrome and wanted me to have an ultrasound to look for cysts, even after I had explained that I no longer had any. I would not recommend this doctor.
