Dr. Luo is absolutely the FINEST there is! As a surgeon, I believe I was in the best hands possible. Extremely grateful for the care I received. Dr. Luo was so attentive with my patient care. Not to mention kudos to all the Saskatoon Health Care Workers who dealt with me ... you are the best! As someone who had never had to access our health care system, I had only the most positive experience. Dr. Luo is absolutely as good as it gets. Forever my hero! Saskatoon is so fortunate!

Dr.Luo is the best surgeon I’ve met, you can feel his concerned about ur condition even when u got home….that’s true, even from his other patients comments after I read he do it very well. He will directly tell u what u need to improve if he feel that u just taking for granted his instructions he will tell u what bad things will happen to u if u keep ignore his instructions. He really truly cares on his patient. To Dr.Luo thanking u so much is not enough and I appreciate ur concerned about my health…

I can not thank Dr. Luo enough I was so sick for so long and I’m feeling like a whole new person.
Dr . Lou is one of best surgeons I have ever seen . He is very professional and knowledgeable.
And Very caring.
During my recovery after my surgery he called me at home several times to see how I was doing he truly cared it made me feel very good to know that my surgery was done by such a wonderful caring surgeon .
At any time you have questions he is always accessible.
I think Saskatoon is very fortunate to have such a wonderful caring physician as Dr. Luo I strongly recommend Dr. Luo.

Dr. Luo is the one of best doctors that I have ever seen. He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. During the time I was in the hospital, he came to check on me every day, even the weekend. The nurses said that he was always around and used some Dr. Luo’s special strategies to help the patients recover better and faster. At any time the patients have questions, he is always accessible. I think we are very lucky to have Dr. Luo in Saskatchewan. I strongly recommend Dr. Luo.

Dr Luo preformed liver cancer surgery on my mom whom is 80 years young. When in the hospital in Saskatoon, Dr. Luo was a step ahead in watching for any complications that may occur. After my mom was transferred to the hospital in her home town, she did have some problems arise. Dr. Lou continued to be involved with her care, and really went out of his way to make sure that she was receiving the proper care that was required. I have never seen a doctor more caring, and dedicated to his patient. I honestly question where my mom would be if it wasn't for Dr. Lou and his persistence and knowledge. Definitely a very though doctor. If you need surgery, don't hesitate you would be in good hands, even throughout the after care.

Thank you Dr. Lou for saving our moms life.

Doesn't seem to know what he is doing. Asks you to come for a second appt. Doesn't know why you have come. Is useless, waste of time. Best to go to Dr. Moser.
