he is the best psychiatrist i have had. he took me from 8 mg of xanax down to 2-10 mg of valium in less than 3 months. my old psychiatrist did not care, he gave me anything i asked for.
dr. budoff is positive and made me believe i could do it.

Dr Budoff was recommended by our family physician. I will be speaking with him about his recommendation. Dr Budoff ALWAYS runs late like 45 to 60 minutes late. He is always stressed out and trying to hurry through appointments as he is always behind.Ithe doesn't help that he shows up late for his very first appointment in the morning. He does not return phone calls regarding medication questions or concerns.He will continue to prescribe medicine after medicine after medicine on and on and on,if he didn't have MD in front of his name he would definitely be just a drug dealer.when asked if he could recommend a psychologist he was hard pressed to give us one name which unfortunately for him we will not be using the name given because he is associated with Budoff. I really have no use for this man and he has not helped at all.On top of it all I strongly feel that perhaps he himself is on some sort of medstuff or MANY meds that are not helping him in his profession. I would not recommend him at all and will be moving on. I am really sorry for all the time,energy and money that was put into this guy. I honestly do not know how he stays in business.

Dr. Budoff has changed my outlook on life. I was always against the idea of seeing a Psychiatrist. But after just one visit, I was upset with myself for not seeing a psychiatrist sooner. Dr. Budoff has helped me through some difficult times in my life and was very professional and kind during the whole process. I still continue to see Dr, Budoff and he has me on a program that has me back on track and living life to the fullest. I highly recommend anybody to Dr. Budoff. A caring and professional doctor that can help people through difficult times and a better quality of life. Thank you Dr. Budoff!

Dr Budoff is a nice enough guy, but his office is just too busy to provide proper treatment for many individuals. He often repeats himself and has made very few recommendations for my daughter to "get better". Once he stated that he doesnt think she will ever be 'OK', right in front of her. Thats pretty awful for a kid's self esteem. At this point, we're continuing to see him just to keep the meds stable. There's gotta be a better choice out there.

Dr Steven Budoff is actually a DO (doctor of osteopathy) so he is inclined to prescribe some natural treatments. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which requires a doctor to be open-minded--Dr. Budoff is capable of being open-minded, as I need him to be.
