I've never had a specialist see me so quickly. From scheduling the appointment, to sitting in the waiting room, extremely quick. The staff was friendly as well. I was seen at the south side location. My follow-up will be on the north side, we'll see if their staff is different. I'll send an update after my appointment next week.

The staff in her office are horrid! I called to tell Dr. Fosso that I was having an allergic reaction and I needed to see her because I didn't know what it was to and her staff said there was nothing they could do. That Dr. Fosso didn't prescribe anything I could be allergic to. Finally after going back and forth trying to explain to Dr. Fosso and her idiotic staff that I knew she didn't prescribe it, that I was trying to schedule an appointment, they got it. And I told them never mind and never went there again. And Dr. Fosso said she hadn't been my doctor for 2 years so she couldn't help. I had just been to her office! Waste of talent if you ask me.

Dr Fosso helped save my life and greatly improved my quality of living. She listened and problem-solved when my primary care physician and ER doctors would not.

Tried to make appointment for my daughter. Our pediatrician referred us due to severe allergies to bugs, insects, or something else--we are not 100% sure. She also got hives once for no reason. I explained all this when they called for more info. Our regular dr. was also concerned she might be severely allergic to bees. Dr. Fosso's office told me they can't help my child...and couldn't understand why i called. My daughter has allergies to something and they said they couldn't help. Our pediatrician was angry and apologized for Dr. Fosso's office which she shouldn't have to do in the first place. Dr. Fosso's office canceled my appointment and we will definitely go to someone else. No compassion and nor did they even say they could at least take a look at her.

Dr. Fosso seemed like a nice person until I tried to switch insurance companies. I pulled my records from GP doc to find out that she had said I had tachycardia.I have never had this problem before.I think anyone's heart would race after being stuck with a lot needles and being allergic to most. My insurance over paid and I had a HORRIBLE time getting my money back from the office. It shows that Doctors really need to watch what they say because the wording can get you declined from insurance companies even if you've only seen them once.

Very good doctor -- she is very direct and forth right in her treatment and diagnosis. She is one of the first doctors to admit that she may not have all of the answers -- how refreshing to finally find a doctor who is honest and also cares about you as a patient!

I love Dr. Fosso. She was very aggressive with my treatment and johnny-on-the-spot when I had to go to the hospital for emergency treatment. The staff has always been very polite and efficient.

Pushed brand name antibiotic that cost a lot of money, even when I told her that I needed a generic because I had just lost my job. The pill she prescribed would have cost me over $16.00 a pill. Eventually gave me more samples, but essentially refused to write a prescription for a generic. I do think she is knowledgeable and agressive with treatment, which is good. There is not a lot of focus on what I want or my questions as a patient. The attitude seems to be that she is the doctor and she knows best.
