Love Dr. Jones I see her for many years. Her work is excellent and so is her care for the patient. She is very pleasant and to talk to and her professional advice has been very helpful.
I recommend Dr. Jones and her staff highly and they made my dentist visit a calm experience.

Charged me $615.00 for immediate dentures and gave me a $45.00 one size fits all cheap internet flipper (I bought one my self ) it doesn't fit, told me to use adhesive over 5 open extractions, thieving racist trash. Only legal action will fix it now, three weeks without teeth. Tank's will see you in court soon!

I wish I could give this dentist and her staff more than 5 stars!
There aren't enough positive comments to be made about this fantastic dentist. Dr. Jones is, by far (and I repeat, BY FAR) THE best dentist on the planet. Not only is she extremely good at what she does, she is also extremely professional, but has an abundance of patience, compassion and understanding. She is also non-judgmental and is willing to work with her patients to afford the best care and treatment for them. Her staff is phenomenal, also. Each and every one of them is friendly, accommodating and a joy to be around. No condescending attitudes here!!!!

Unfortunately I picked this doctor because of the massages. I was new to the area coming from FL. I've had dental issues my whole life, so I'm in the dentist office every six months just to make sure I miss nothing. Well, Dr. Jones missed a cavity that was developing (she said it was hard to see since it was at the back) and then instead of recommending me to a oral surgeon to have it extracted (because I have deep roots that go very close to my sinuses) she tried doing it herself and caused a (can't remember the technical term) an opening into my sinuses. I ended up having to go to an oral surgeon to fix it and then went through hoops for several months with the insurance company because as far as they were concerned I went to two different dental offices for the same thing. I have not been back to her. When I want a massage I schedule one with a certified massage therapist.

She would not clean my teeth because I did not want to get x-rays when I was pregnant !! Totally wasted my time and embarrassed me by having me leave my appointment

Dr jones is awesome I call her the shot wisper cause it hardly hurts at all when she gives you a shot. Her staff is amazing. I had over 6 teeth pulled with no complications. I will never go to another dentist as long as i live. She dosent give much pain meds is the only thing i can say i dont like. But most of the time you really dont need them but there was a few times i could have used extra an she wouldnt prescribe more.

Teri is the only dentist I routinely recommend. I've been a patient 20+ years and have enjoyed seeing her practice grow and develop into something that makes going to the dentist less of a nightmare. She is sweet, caring, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable.

Theresa Jones does not care about patient pain whatsoever. She prescribed painkillers to my husband that did nothing to relieve his pain that was so severe he vomited every day because of it. Then when she was unable to get him numb to pull his tooth, she flat out refused to not only prescribe something different, she refused to give him anything at all. The reason given to us was because she didn't "do anything," but that did not stop her from sticking us with the bill for four useless shots of Novocain that was useless. She gave extra shots knowing he had nerve damage and expected us to pay for them when he left in more pain than he showed up with. She is an uncaring dentist!

This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. The bar has been set. The office itself is clean, and beautiful. The offer fruit infused water, coffee and tea. I had an appointment for myself and my 7-year-old. We waited for about five minutes before being called back. The room you are taken too feels more like a spa than a dentist officer there are personal tvs attached to each chair, which are massage chairs. While you are being cleaning, a massage therapist comes in, rubs your hands with lotion and gives you a hot paraffin wax. Genius idea! The doctor was extremely thorough, even examining my tongue and swallow method. She was very sweet and had a great manner about her. I can't say enough good things about this place. I've never had a dentist like this. Excellent all around!

Office,staff, and massages are awesome. dr has always taken very good care of my families dental needs. However, she lacks bed side manner, compassion, and personal care. Apparently, I was treated for mild periodontal disease. But this, nor the process, was ever explained to me. All I was told was after a scaling I would be fine as long as i came in for cleanings. Which I did as instructed. Two years later I was referred to a periodontist and treated as if I did something wrong because this conditioned worsened. I didn't even know I had a condition. I just thought I needed a deep cleaning because it had been a few years since I had been to a dentist. Other than the coldness she seems to show her patients and not thoroughly explaining things clearly, I would recommend her.
