The receptionists are vile, condescending and rude, but don't let the nasty witches at reception stop you from seeing an amazing doctor. Dr Hope is fantastic.

Treat staff with respect if you expect respect, I, have never had problems with staff at this practice, and I been going here for 13 years, they are always friendly , courteous , and efficient..Dr Hoang is an excellent thoughtful ,kind ,knowledgeable and I would not hesitate in referring anyone wanting to see a good doctor,he is your man

Receptionist Gloria is deceitful and very nasty. Dr Hope is good with our kids but he also tries to manage issues himself, when he should refer you to a specialist.

His receptionist is a dragon lady who is the least helpful person on earth. Wish I could comment on how Dr Hoang is, but I never hear back when I try to get in touch.

Dr Hoang is kind knowledgeable and a wonderful family doctor. We have gone to him for many years and totally trust him with our medical care.
