Dr Davies is a brilliant surgeon who recently operated on my back and the surgery went very well. He explained the procedure in depth and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Prior to the surgery I had chronic back & leg pain, now after surgery, I am pain free. I can’t believe that I suffered for so long with my pain. Dr Davies is remarkable, professional and sympathetic.

Absolutely appalled with the lack of empathy and the abundance of arrogance from the reception ladies including the Practice Manager Kathy. The dis-regard for a client in chronic pain is criminal. Being refused an appointment on the grounds of seeking a second opinion is unethical. It was my understanding that seeking a second opinions was “normal” and greatly encouraged, especially when it has to do with a back operation. Unfortunately Dr. Davis, Practice Manager doesn’t think a second opinions is needed, as she advised me that, my current Neurosurgeon was a great doctor, therefore I didn’t need to see Dr. Davis. I would like to know why she feels as though she equipped and educated in the medical field where she could make such claims.

I have known Dr Davies for 21 years. He removed my brain tumor in 1999 and it was 14 years later that it recurred. He also performed the second operation and I have had no problems since. He does run late frequently, but he sees emergency cases first up in the morning. I appreciated when he saw me the day after my diagnosis and he scheduled the operation for the following week. He is a first rate surgeon and I always have full confidence in his abilities. His explanations were to the point and I am very comfortable with him. Terrific man and I am very grateful to him. His staff Mary is delightful and friendly.

Dr Davies is a most considerate man who explains the problem clearly. He operated on me as an emergency and this has allowed some of my lost function to reverse so with effort by me I think I will get back somewhere close to my earlier state.

Prof Mark Davis is the best Neurosurgeon in NSW he is an Amazing and Skillful man. Without his Magic Hands and his Intelligence, I would not be happy and healthy as I am today . I am so Great full that I was sent to him and that he took Care of Me. I highly recommend him.

Dr DAVIS is the best of all neurosurgeons in Sydney. He does not suffer fools, is forthright, very skilful, efficient, thoughtful, polite and considerate. I can understand how those people with a low IQ might not be able to understand what he says or misunderstand him as he is very intelligent so I am lucky that I also have a high IQ.

Dr Davis operated on me a couple of years ago; I am still in severe, chronic pain and he did not explain to me that the surgery might not work. He is He is arrogant, condescending, patronising and has no bedside manner whatsoever. For all his education he is a poor communicator with no people skills and little or no respect for his patients, especially if they happen to be public patients.

Dr Davies operated on my back in Sept 2017 and is very efficient. One of the best and highly recommended.
