Jennifer canceled my appointment and told staff I needed to see MD; of course MD appointment was a month out vs seeing her that week. Also I only scheduled with her because MD told me at last visit I can also see her. Decided to go elsewhere for care.

I saw Jennifer for the first time last week and she informed me a lot about rheumatoid arthritis. She spent extra time with me and helped me understand the reason for the medications that I am taking. She really knows a lot about rheumatology. I plan to see her again in 3 months.
