Dr Chandler doesn't seem to know why his patients are in his office at the time of their visit. He always asks me why I'm there. I'm there because you told me to come back in 6 months. His nurse Raquel is the least personable person on the planet and she straight up doesn't know how to take vitals. There have been multiple times I've visited and she couldn't get a blood pressure reading and gave up. It's literally the only vital signs you're taking, lady! Dr Chandler doesn't seem to know anything about thyroid disorders, is very quick to push drugs, especially new ones, at you. His office staff is downright rude, whenever you can manage to get ahold of them. Steer clear of this dr if you value your health!

Dr. Chandler's office staff are some of the most rude and uncaring women I have ever delt with. They must be very unhappy in their jobs or private life because they are so bitter. They have no customer skills and frankly don't care about you or your issues unless it falls within their rules. They open at 10 a.m. go to lunch at 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and then close at 2 p.m. or actually 1:50 the door gets locked. So if you have a 2 p.m. appointment you had better be there by 1:30 or you are locked out and they don't care that you drove an hour to get there. The answering system answers the phones more than they do. Dr. Chandler is a good doctor but his staff has caused him great harm in his practice by the way his staff conducts business with his patients. They need customer-focus training really bad.

Dr Chandler is nothing more than a drug dealer. The very first words out of his mouth when I went to my first appointment were, as he walked in the room with his script pad in hand, "so what do you need me to write you today?" I was taken aback. I went to him to get help for my thyroid condition, and he wasn't helpful at all. He loaded me up with pills to treat my symptoms, and he refused to do the tests that I asked for to find my root cause. When I asked him about how the medicine he gave me for pain, anxiety, and depression should be taken along with my thyroid medicine, he told me I could take any of my medicine together, and that my thyroid medicine could be taken at any time of day and it didn't matter if I took it with food. Anyone with a thyroid condition knows that one of the most important things in taking thyroid medicine is that you take it on an empty stomach. Dr Chandler's ignorance of how to treat me led to my having to demand a referral to a specialist (which he told me he would give me and then later when I asked him for it he tried to talk me out of it), and I'm finally getting the treatment I need from my new doctor. He also diagnosed me with ADHD after an off handed remark about how my husband jokes that I have ADD, and put me on medication for that without any further testing. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Dr Chandler. What a quack.

If patients are calling this Dr a great Dr, there is a reason ! He is giving the pills they want! His staff is the worse in manners and they talk about what a pill pusher he is! Please read all reviews!

I have been a patient of Dr. Chandler for a little over four years. I will continue to keep him as my physician for as long as I live in this region. I have had very few doctors in the past that care enough to asK how you are doing, both medically and in your general life.

I find the doctor himself to be very nice and he seems to know what he's doing. His staff however has made my decision not to see him anymore. Upon every visit they were rude and the last visit was the worst. I called them to clear up a problem and the nurse was rude on the phone and hung up on me mid sentence. I don't care how great a doctor is the staff can ruin it and they did. I would never in a million years recommend him to anyone.
