I went to see Karen for a prescription. She was in the room 10 minutes. No physical or procedures done. I later received a bill for $543. Office charge was $400😥alone. I cacalled office and was told that is normal fee but would discount office fee to $200. Rude rude office manager. My wife then called and spoke to Karen who stated the billing or pricing is not her responsibility, admitted major administrative problems out of her control. I sent $150 check and stated it should be more than adequate for services. I filed complaint with my insurance company also. 2 months later it was turned over to a collection agency. I do NOT recommend this office.

Went in for a pap smear, which is covered by my insurance. a month later I got a bill from Sonora Labs for a gonorrrhoea test and a chlamydia test, which I did not ask for and which were NOT covered by my insurance. I didn't need these tests because there were no symptoms, and I did not ask for these tests, but now I'm stuck with a bill for about $60 because of this NP. Will not be going back to her.

I follow Karen around from when she was in Goodyear to mountain Park. i already know when i see her she will take very good care of me. she listens to my complaints and lets me help with the decisions for my health care. She is the best. Takes her time and is very thorough. She has always made time for me. I will never go anywhere else.
