Dr. Lordon is a rude unprofessional doctor. He was upset by my not wanting a pain pump in my back. After not returning my calls he called to say he was firing me as a patient on a Saturday with no notice. I am on narcotic pain medication for a mangled spine and many pinched nerves. He had no referrals to give me and told me he is blocking my calls. I have never received this type of treatment. I am blown away that he still has a medical license. I have been treated for over 9 years successfully managing my pain at Dartmouth until my doctor retired. I am horrified that Dartmouth has hired this man as a pain specialist. I am filing a complaint with Dartmouth for his conduct so hopefully no one else will suffer the same treatment that I did from him.

Dr. Lordon was rude and arrogant. He pushed for a procedure that was neither covered by insurance nor appropriate. I got such a bad feeling about him that I got a second opinion elsewhere. A much less invasive procedure was recommended and I was told that studies suggested the pain pump was not an effective treatment for my condition. I question whether he has ulterior motives for pushing this treatment.

An arrogant man who pushed for an inappropriate procedure, which was confirmed by my getting a second opinion elsewhere.

I've been a patient for many years. He's gotten better over the years and his clinic runs smoothly now... He is very attentive and has a solution from just about everyone.... Nice Man.... hard to get into to for the first visit, lots of people hurt... He installed a pain pump for me and it's worked well.

I have had chronic pain for 2 years and found Dr Lordon. I found him to be a very sympathetic and caring person. His office is busy and difficult to get in, but he is patient and thorough. I don't know if he will help me to diagnose and resolve my problem, but I found him very personable and professional.
