My rate for Dr Pollock is 10/10. He is so professional , bedside manner is excellent, and makes patient comfortable while he is doing the procedure. He tells the patient what he is doing such as insertion of lens. His office is very busy with patients because of the other Drs sharing the clinic. He takes time to examine your eyes if you have any complain after surgery. Thank you to Dr Chris Pollock who did an excellent job of my both eyes.

This guy was very friendly, and had an excellent bedside manner. I waited 20 minutes to see him, so I only rated him a 4/5 on punctuality. Other than that, I think he was very good. He performed a biopsy on the spot, and then saw me back two weeks later with the news that it was not a cancer. Highly recommended.

I was referred to Dr. Pollock at VGH Eye Clinic for a painful condition I had developed in my eye on New Years morning and he took me in without hesitation. On subsequent visits to his New Westminster clinic for follow-ups I found his office busy, but running very efficiently. There are a number of Dr's in the space and the staff work very hard to make everything run smoothly. I'm actually quite surprised to hear other comments about "indifferent treatment by staff" when my experience (on each of several occasions) was so good. Shout out to Amy!

Dr. Pollock did cataract surgery on both of my eyes. My only complaint is that I had to drive out to Maple Ridge for the surgery, since it is not offered in New Westminster. Other than that, the process was very smooth. I was in the hospital for less than 3 hours, there was no pain, and for the first time in my life I am not wearing glasses. (Although I do have a new pair I use for extended reading). Note: based on my astigmatism, Dr. Pollock recommended I purchase astigmatism lenses from Ridge Meadows Hospital for $500 per eye.

He overbooks and keeps patients waiting for over an hour past the scheduled appointment time. His office is chaotic and his staff are indifferent. It was just total frustration trying to get an appointment with this guy

Dr. Pollock is an outstanding Doctor in every aspect of his field. Most people have a fear of the unknown, Dr Pollock explains the procedure step by step and is willing to answer any queries you may have. He makes you feel relaxed and treats you as an individual not just as "Patient #8". A few hours after my procedure, I was recommending him to friends and relatives.

Excellent results. I was very nervous about the procedure, but it was painless, and the bruising was minimal.
