I have been Dr Grossman patient last ten years and I am very satisfied, polite , willing to listen, not in hurry to push you on medication , only when that is needed.

I was a little hesitant to consult with Dr. Grossman via Maple because of previous reviews and what I was wanting to talk about was autoimmune thyroid issues, but I took the chance and I am glad I did. He was nice, seemed very knowledgable on the topic, and I recommend him.

Lacks diagnostic curiosity and scientific knowledge of women's health issues, like autoimmune thyroid disease. I very much regret having spent 200$+ for a meaningless chat on Maple.

Don’t use him on Maple. Immediately cancel. Very dismissive of your issue. Doesn’t go into full extent of history or family issue. Just tells you to go on paid weight management programs for x time then revisit him if it’s not working. Classic White Man privilege.

Doesn’t understand not everyone is as privileged to be like him with the time and money to get paid weight programs. Was dismissive of my non paid weight program.

Basically treats you like you’re wasting his time. Completely uninterested in helping me, told me others have worse hormone imbalance issues and to try harder to lose weight on my own cause he wouldn’t be helping me.

Dr. Grossman is absolutely terrific. Consumate professional. Always always takes time not only to answer my questions but to make me feel better about having diabetes ... if that is possible! He is kind. I do, however, dislike the office set up. The people manning the front desk are for the most part young, harried and disinterested. The telephone system is diabolical. That being said Dr. Grossman more than makes up for any deficiencies. I actually look forward to seeing him
