Disgusted with this doctor. After waiting from 8:20 a.m. finally got into an antiroom at 10:30 and finally saw the doctor and for a very few 10 minutes explained my problem while he typed on the computer, gave me a subscription and left the room before I had time to ask any other questions. No examination, just kind of lets you diagnose yourself, types out a prescription and runs. Trying to find a new doctor but is virtually impossible

Dr Welling was very supportive & helpful with my back injury. I was impressed as he listened to all of my concerns and supported me to get me on the right road to recovery.

My significant other was in the hospital for 14 days, Dec. 2022 -Jan. 2023. I contacted Dr. Wellings Office to notify them which hospital (because it was one that the Dr. didn't have privileges in), and that they would like to hear from him on some history on my significant other. The receptionist, (if you want to call her that), was rude and Dr. Wellings never did call. What kind of Dr. is this fool. As far as I can see he just wants his patients hooked on drugs so he can keep billing OHIP and charge his patients for refills on their meds. As of the begining of COVID Doctor's offices stop charging this fee is what I was told by many Pharmacies.

C-O-R-R-U-P-T… If you want a doctor you can’t ever see, knows less than what you could have googled yourself, and would look in place amongst a Tijuana market place run by a cartel, then this is your doctor.

They don’t answer the phone, and are a human equivalent of a puppy mill, churning out OHIP fees.

Have you ever been to a circus? They could be playing that music in the waiting room and it would be appropriate, only nobody is in the waiting room, they’re stuck in a 2 foot wide hallway coughing on each other because he only works 2 days a month for walk in’s.

The office staff are mindless computer generated robots, with no emotion or technical ability. Don’t worry about them though, because they don’t answer the phone, they just respond via text message. Probably nicely people caught up in this OHIP scam.

If there was a contest for which doctor could spend less time with you once you finally have their attention, I would love to see one who spends less time than Dr Welling. He’s already on to the next person after his canned 30 seconds of small talk that he rehearses on his cue cards each morning.

When I moved here he was accepting patients which is how I landed at this office of misfits. The second I can find another clinic I’m out of here. They could basically spit in my face and if they would at least let me book an appointment they’d be better.

0/10 would be a generous score. Please retire Sean.

Words fail to describe the level of incompetence at this medical practice. I’ve had referrals to specialists lost, appointment times conveyed incorrectly or sometimes not at all by front desk staff, I have seen the doctor once and all other appointments with the two extremely rude nurse practitioners. I’m disgusted that these people are allowed to provide health care.

I am fortunate to be quite healthy - I cannot imagine what it would be like to be critically ill and dependent on these negligent clowns for care.

The comments describing this place as an OHIP mill are not an exaggeration. Avoid at all costs.

This doctor's office is terrible. Impossible to get an appointment, uncaring nurse practitioners and terrible medical advice. It is a wonder that they are still open. A few highlights:

- Told us to come to walk-in hours with our 5 day old baby. There is a minimum 3 hour wait and no chairs.

- Said our two week old baby was overweight and we were feeding him too much. A pediatrician told us this is false information.

- When presented with a serious medical problem, told us to book an appointment in two weeks. A dr gave us a second opinion: go to the ER immediately.

It is not clear why Dr. Welling became a doctor. He clearly doesnt care about patients.

I had to get a form for my work because I was off for Covid, I had to wait a month for a telephone visit with a nurse, and then was no-showed. Now I'm being docked pay.

This is an OHIP invoice factory disguised as a doctor's office. Sean is pitifully complacent during the 15 minutes he's willing to spend with you if you're lucky enough to not be handed off to his nurse practitioner after waiting for 2 months. Disgraceful, pathetic disappointment.

Can’t get appointments for weeks/months. Can NEVER see the doctor. Went to his “weekend walk in”that is apparently open every weekend and it was closed this weekend (website still says it’s open). I’ve had to go to walk ins for the past few medical issues because they never have availability. They tell you to go to a walk in instead of caring for their patients. When you do actually get an appointment, you have maybe 3 mins max with the doc or nurse practitioner. But there’s a sign outside saying he’s taking on new patients when they can’t care for the ones they already have.

I always see his NP, Ani . She is amazing and easygoing. I had been facing lot of stress lately, she helped me overcome it. She even called me to check how I am doing. It's so hard nowadays to find such caring doctors.
