Dr Nasta provided expert medical treatment to my husband through two cancers. She was always available with advice and reassurance. We owe her a huge debt of gratitude. He is still here 14 years later at age 73 living a good life. He survived nonhodgkins lymphoma, leukemia and a stem cell transplant. Thank you Dr Nasta!

My family had an incredibly negative experience with Dr. Nasta, and we would not recommend her to anyone facing in cancer diagnosis. Despite clinical competence, she lacks vital bedside manner. She is often unprofessional and rude. She acts irritated when you ask her questions or request more explanation.

Thanks to Dr. Nasta, my husband enjoyed five years following his stage four diagnosis of cans lymphoma. Beating this horrific disease with chemotherapy and radiation, my husband enjoyed seeing a fourth generation of Tomosi men born. Sadly, he lost the battle on Easter morning, 2022.

My son was under her care for approximately 8 months. She managed to poison him with chemotherapy for much of this time. Unfortunately he passed away on February 12 of this year. He was 42 years old. Sometimes Drs. think they are gods and know everything. This was a case in my opinion where the ball was definitely dropped. Maybe if it had been passed off to another Dr. he may be still alive today. Now she can move on to the next patient and chalk this one up as a loss. Not much affect on her,we are minus a husband,father of three young children and a terrific son. Sleep well!!

I have been at patient of Dr. Nasta’s for three years. I can’t say enough about her caring nature. She explains things in layman’s terms and goes to great lengths to access my stage in my battle with CLL. She is easy to reach through Penn Medicine Portal and her team always responds to my often inane questions. She is very reassuring. I consider myself lucky to have been placed in her care after a cold call to HUP three years ago while searching for a doc to replace my subpar local treatment. I highly recommend her and her nurse practitioner!

She is a smart woman that knows her stuff extremely well. It saddens me that people post things that implies she does not care, she saved my brothers life. He was in the military and getting mediocre care...she was fantastic. Yes, she is very busy...but are you supposed to turn sick people away from appts.?

Dr. Nasta is a very caring doctor who explains things in great detail, taking the time to answer all questions asked. I wouldn't recommend any other doctor for blood cancer treatment. She has been a life saver in my long battle with cancer.

Not sure how Abramson Cancer Center earned its "#1 in Philadelphia" rating. The service is terrible. Patients are treated like they are part of a cattle call. The facility is grossly disorganized.
