Mr. Payne surjurically repaired my left ankle in 1992. He stated that it was a nasty break, and after it began to heal Mr. Payne said it might get arthritis after 10 years! To this day in May 2021 the ankle remains strong as I still lift weights and run periodically. Thanks to Mr.Payne and his skillful knowledge.
