i had a detached retina. Very scary for me but Dr Stryjewski calmed my fears with his knowledge and skill of reattaching the retina. I feel truly Blessed to be under his skill & care. I highly recommend Dr Stryjewski.

Dr. Stryjewski is in a class by himself. He preformed surgery on my macular hole. I was terrified of the diagnosis but after meeting with him, I felt confident in his skill and in the outcome. His compassion and ability to explain clearly to the layman is comforting. I consider myself to have chosen him.

Dr Stryjewski diagnosed and treated the macular hole in my retina. He explained the surgery and treatment needed and answered all my questions and concerns with empathy. Dr Stryjewski’s expertise in retina surgery saved my eyesight in my left eye. I am so thankful that I was able to be one of his patients.

Both Dr. Stryjewski as well as his entire staff were fantastic! They were prompt at every appointment, took the time to answer all of our questions, and addressed all of our concerns in a very understanding manner. The patience, respect and understanding they showed both my eighty-year-old mother and myself was exemplary. We could not have asked for better care and quality of care than that which we received.

I would highly recommend Dr. Stryjewski! He treated my retinal tear with care and compassion. He made sure to have me come back two days after my exam in order to perform laser surgery around the retinal tear. He was very kind & knowledgeable & informed me every step of the way. I really cannot recommend him highly enough. I feel so fortunate that my doctor's office put me in his care. Ten stars for Dr. S!

I went to Dr. Stryjewski for an eye bleed. He is very knowledgeable, willing to listen to your concerns, and explains everything that's going on in a way that I could understand. I ended up with surgery and he walked me through the whole process. The end result was a great experience and I got my vision back.
I would highly recommend Dr. S to anyone who needs an eye doctor.

Dr. Stryjewski of the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Hospital came into my life during an unexpected need for Retina Tear Surgery. He was equally superlative in all of the following ways...knowlegeable, confident, caring, kind, taking the time to see me, hear me and treat me with such genuine kindness so much so I felt as if he was treating a family member. As my recovery continues I am grateful and feel lucky that my unexpected, add on at the end of the day surgery ended up to be in Dr. Stryjewski's very capable hands. It is wonderful to feel the CARE in healthCARE.
