Dr. Lauzon is an excellent doctor. She listens well, asks for clarification when needed , diagnoses well and refers when necessary. She does not push medication. Dr. Lauzon is compassionate, kind and definitely has a wholistic approach. She takes time with patients, doesn’t rush. At the same time, I’ve never waited more than a few minutes to be admitted to the exam room once in the office. Her MOA(s) and office staff are great. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I love the office policy of patients not coming to the office until 5 minutes before your appointment time.. This lessens waiting time, disease transmission and makes for a more expedient office visit. Dr. Lauzon has been my primary physician for years and we have a very good working relationship which I value highly.

She’s cold and condescending. Literally her solution to all medical issues is Tylenol. Will not dig further into your concerns. Not very knowledgeable.

The best clinic I've used. I always feel understood and have never felt uncomfortable. Dr. Lauzon is a very professional doctor that gets straight to the point which I really appreciate.

Dr Lauzon has become much more relaxed/personable over the years. Efficient, researches issues and when not able to exactly diagnose refers to specialists. Not a prescription pusher. Very happy to have her as my GP.

Dr. Lauzon has been my, and my wife's and daughter's doctor for over 20 years. Behind her time-efficient, businesslike demeanour (which I like and others have remarked as cold/aloof - she is far from cold or aloof) is a caring doctor, that has helped all of us in one way or another, makes referrals to good specialists as needed, and when one member had some serious issues, was accessible even "after hours" to continue providing urgent assistance. It's reassuring to have her as our family doc.

Dr Lauzon is excellent. I visited her due to an unexpected illness and because my family doctor was not available on that time. She pays attention to any detail and her diagnosis is very good. I am very grateful for all she has done for me to get my health back.

Dr Lauzon’s bed side manner has improved over the years, she’s a lot friendlier now and makes me feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable, unfortunately with that comes an ego. She isn’t open to suggestions and is unwilling to dig further into medical concerns. Very rarely will she refer you to specialists or do extra tests.
