Very knowledgeable professional Kind caring doctor

I was referred to Dr. Wirzba after my cardiologist retired. Dr. Wirzba is a very kind, thorough and knowledgable physician. He answered my many questions and took great care to make sure I understood everything about my medical condition. His assistant, Shelley, is equally as kind and extremely competent. I feel very blessed to have been referred to Dr. Wirzba.

It was some very strange and unique circumstances that brought me to Dr. Wirzba. After experiencing not just one nightmare in the ER but two consecutive visits where the ER doctors were blatantly negligent in my diagnosis and treatment(enemas and laxatives don't help pancreatitis). Dr. Wirzba was able to give a correct diagnosis and follow up with proper testing. He even followed up with the head of the ER who called me to apologize for the incompetency of the 2 doctors who really dropped the ball. Thanks to Dr. Wirzba I am now awaiting for urgent surgery to make sure I never again have to go through the nightmare that I did a few months ago. This would have happened, had it not been for him. Thank you Dr. Wirzba

Very knowledgeable physician. A doctors doctor. Kind, friendly and a great listener. Takes time with you,and pursues your issue until he gets an answer.
