So happy with our experience. We took our 3 special needs children to see her and she took her time to get to know each and every child and to accommodate each of their abilities. Just so caring.

I was always nervous going to the dentist before seeing Dr. Cara. I use to be nervous evening thinking about booking or going to my appointments. But since she explains everything so well and is so willing to go at my pace I've been put at ease. Seeing her for the last few years has totally change the way I feel about the whole dental experience.

She was very helpful, kind and understanding. She took time to carefully explain to me all of my options. Overall, an excellent experience. I would highly recommend seeing her.

The whole Arbutus Dental office was a wonderful environment and the entire staff was helpful and polite. Dr. Yu was very helpful in explaining what needed to happen and how they were going to do it. I felt at ease and enjoyed the successful visits. I would recommend Dr.Yu to anyone!

I am a big fan of Dr.Yu and the staff at Arbutus North. I'm a bit of a nervous patient, and they made sure I was comfortable, informed, and did everything they could to make sure I was feeling okay. They are very thorough, gentle, and sweet. Dr.Yu is the first dentist I've had that I wasn't nervous about seeing! I highly recommend Dr.Yu and the team at Arbutus North.

Very outgoing and friendly dentist. Unfortunately her focus is more on profit and less on your health. I got two filings replaced- for cosmetic reasons only,they had never caused me any pain before!She screwed up both replacements, I was left in pain and unable to eat I returned many times but she was unable to reverse or fix. I had to then go elsewhere to a more experienced dentist (who advised me both filling had been performed pretty poorly) only to discover I had no insurance cover left as she had used it all. She didn't even offer to refund me when she couldn't fix a problem that she created- but instead charged me every time I went back for help!!! Like I say all about the profit not about your health!
