Dr. Kwan was my husband’s primary specialist, and she accompanied our family through difficult times. Then I wrote a book in memory of my husband "I am Still your Bride", and she wrote the preface for this book. She is truly an angel for our family.

When my father was diagnosed with lung cancer, it felt like the end of the world for us. We were incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Kwan as my father’s primary specialist. Her level of care and professionalism made our lives easier during this extremely challenging time. Despite the frustration we experienced, Dr. Kwan consistently addressed all of our concerns and explained what we could expect. Our family fondly refers to her as our "angel."
Even years later, we often reminisce about the time we spent with Dr. Kwan. It's hard to imagine how we could have navigated everything without her. We've never witnessed another doctor who invests their heart and care into every patient like she does. Thank you, Dr. Kwan.

Last October, my mother fell seriously ill. Under the meticulous care of Dr. Susan Kwan, my mother overcame challenges and survived that difficult time. Although not fully recovered, she has been given the greatest joy as a grandmother to welcome the birth of her second granddaughter and support in her care. For this, I sincerely thank Dr. Kwan for her care and encouragement. The kindness of a doctor is like that of a friend, and under her commpasionate care, my mother will surely continue to show strength and continue on.

Dr. Kwan is an exceptional person. She is a precise and excellent communicator that cares deeply. She helped me understand my condition, the process of treatment recommended, and was extremely thorough and understanding. Dr.Susan Kwan is the best doctor I have met. She is very knowledgeable and caring and very efficient. Her receptionist is very nice lady always explain things clearly, never rush and always answer the phone. My dad had bloody brown mucus in the morning for 3 years and have been checked by other doctor could not find out the problem. Dr. Susan did checked on him and found something abnormal tissue in his back nose and immediately did Biopsy on him and the same day arranged an ontolarylogist next day to examine my dad. She is very responsible and trying her best to get my dad to earn time for treatment. Fortunately, it turned out nothing too serious so prescribed medicine for my dad and now it’s been a week that he don’t have any bloody mucus anymore. We are so glad to be her patient and under her care. She is the best doctor that you can trust. My father is so lucky to be referred to her. We appreciate all her hard work and help.

My 93 year old mother is under Dr. Susan Kwan's care. Dr. Kwan is kind, compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and an expert in her field. We have nothing but the highest compliment about this doctor. Besides, she has gained much respect from the community for devoting her precious time in sharing her Covid-19 knowledge with the public. I would like to express my heartiest appreciation for all the dedicated care from Dr. Susan Kwan over the past year. I was quite depressed from suffering severe health issues and was under her dedicated care. After three months, I could return to my work and continued under her follow up care. She explained each treatment step and my progress in detail. Other than having a genuine concern about my health issues, she also cares about my overall well beings. It is certainly a great privilege to have such a wonderful physician like her - a physician with both highly competent and compassionate.
