We just seen Dr Gale for our toddler that required an MRI. He was incredible. He played music, sang, spoke softly. Dr Gale is the real MVP. The world needs more doctors like him! Thank you

One of the very best with great bedside manner. We love him at ACH, #1 requested Anesthesiologist. He’s down to earth, very skilled and. Real team player. He brings out the best in everyone. Ask for him. Stay away from the old( I can still do this even in my 60’s) Very scared! Don’t know when it’s time to retire type.
Dr. R Cox( No) 👎🏻👎🏻Dr Peter Farran( can’t hear or see anymore- pack it in you,ve been a big advocate for years, but it’s time- 😇😇 but step away and enjoy your retirement, you’ve earned it.On the otherhand, an older Anesthesiologist, Dr. Brian Kuwahara is still very, very good.
Still highly recommended, smart, competent and has a heart of gold. You have given multiple Anesthetics to my friends family, we love you.
God bless

My 6-year-old had a hernia repair a few years ago, and we had Dr Gale as our anaesthesiologist. I couldn't remember his name later, but I will always remember how he spoke calmly to my scared child, assured her she was in a safe place and that her mom was here and she was going to be taken care of. He played some music and even sang a little bit, and I just knew this man was made for this job! I was listening to the Country 105 radiothon for the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation today, and when I heard that Dr Mark Gale had sung and held a baby to sleep for his surgery, I knew this was our guy. We liked this doctor very much!!

Dr. Mark Gale SAVED our son's life. He had just been the anesthetist during our son's morning surgery. Two hours later, our son hemorrhaged. While the staff were milling about WAITING for a stretcher to transport our lightweight 30 lb hemorrhaging dying toddler back to the OR, Dr. Gale assessed the situation, disconnected all lines to the machines, scooped our son up into his arms and whisked him away to the OR himself. Our toddler son was fading fast had lost so much blood, the bed was drenched in blood, that he was a white as a sheet and his eyes were drifting shut!! After the emergency surgery, Dr. Gale entered the room while we were still distraught and apologized for not explaining his actions to us about why he had whisked our son away. Dr. Mark Gale is a hero, a saviour. We can't thank him enough for saving our son's life and are forever indebted to him.

We would recommend Dr. Mark Gale 1000%. The world needs more doctors like him.

Dr. Gale and his team are caring and compassionate professionals who were able to help my family through a very difficult time in the treatment of a sick toddler. He has a wonderful rapport with young children and puts them at ease with his calm manner and effective use of soothing music. He answered our every question at a level we could understand. A family man himself, he understands the anxiety that only parents know.
