I think it's time for Dr Cronin to retire. I called his rooms last Friday in a distressed state due to withdrawal symptoms and his failure to warn me of the side effects. Dr Cronin has ignored me by not returning my call well guess what Dr Cronin you can ignore me but you can't ignore the Medical Board.

I like Dr Cronin and his secretary Lisa. Dr Cronin is professional and a good listener. He doesn't over medicate and explains the side effects quite well. Highly recommend.

Dr Cronin is a great doctor and his secretary Lisa is lovely. He is very polite and transparent and doesn't judge. He can also arrange referrals for inpatient admissions and outpatient day programs.

Saw him today for the first time, his staff were welcoming and very polite. Dr Cronin was very candid and down to earth in his demeanour. He made suitable medication and treatment recommendations and was non judgemental. Dr Cronin offered to assist in my unpleasant work situation and to lodge an income protection claim in the future. After two unpleasant previous experiences with other psychiatists, Dr Cronin restored my faith.

Made things better for me in my life. I didn't want treatment to start with, I just wanted to blame everyone else. Over time I could see it was me who had te problem and not them. I thought getting help would be like he movies with a couch, but it's much easier than that.

Dr Cronin is a good, decent and genial human being. He is a consummate professional and knows his stuff. I was with a great psychiatrist for many years who retired. At first I went over to a doctor who, despite seemingly caring, was useless when it came to helping me when I had a major depressive and anxiety incident and had to be hospitalised. A friend and my previous good psychiatrist recommended John to me as well as the nurses in the hospital I was in. How right they were. He is wonderful. A great listener, a bedrock in times of a personal crisis and genuinely interested in moving you into a better state of being. I can but highly recommend this decent and caring doctor.
P.S. His office staff are truly wonderful...great characters who make you smile every time you deal with them.

I am glad he was able to help me so much over time. My family came to appointments too to help to understand the I'll was and how best to help. It took some time, and it is worth it now. I have been able to get back to work and I crease my friends. I feel as if I am in the land of the living again.

I saw him a long time ago. I wanted to do a landmark course as a friend had also done it. At he time he said that he thought I was too fragile to cope with the course. I did the course anyway, but he was right. I cried for 2 weeks afterwards, and couldn't leave the house. I was too embarrassed to go back and see him an tell him what I'd done. I'm better now
