Dr. Aaron Lloyd is the best pain doctor in DFW. He and his staff are the best and they do what they can, the best they can to help patients in pain. I highly recommend him. I've seen the staff interact with the patients in a very caring manner. Some hugging the patients and wishing them well. Some saying they've missed seeing them. I would not go anywhere else for my care.

I have been seeing Dr Lloyd for many years & he has been wonderful to me as well as his PA. He has tried many options to help me control my pain. I am actually on less medication now than I have been in a very long time. I would not go anywhere else for pain management!!! This is a wonderful group of dr's. They have gone above & beyond for me always willing to listen & always looking for ways to improve my quality of life. They have always been very informative with me & have always answered any questions I have had about medications or procedures. Very thankful I was referred to him. He has made my quality of life so much better than it was after seeing other pain medicine dr's.

I am very pleased both with Dr. Lloyd's results and his bedside manner. Dr. Lloyd visited with me prior to the procedure (spinal/disc injections) and thoroughly explained the procedure, what he had seen on the MRI, set reasonable expectations on what I should expect from the treatment, and proceeded to field all questions I had. I went into the procedure with confidence in Dr. Lloyd and a sense of relaxation as he explained away any unknowns I had. A day after the procedure I must say I have experienced results beyond my personal expectations as well as those presented by Dr. Lloyd. The staff was equally pleasant and professional. I would recommend Dr. Lloyd to my family and friends without reservation and plan to continue to see him as a patient.

I saw aaron lloyd for two years and it was almost impossible to get in touch with him or make an appointment with him. Every time I saw him he was very condescending and had a huge ego. After asking about a researched medication alternative to what I was on he verbally abused me and personally attacked my character. he called me a "drug seeker" even though I have dead bone in both ankles and extreme pain. he also stated "you have no clue how everyone else in the world lives." This I might add was in an email sent to me at midnight. he then refused to see me any longer. I STRONGLY urge you to stay away from Pinnacle Pain Management.

Refused to see me when I refused to sign authorization for the use of his physician assistant or other doctors in his group. He had the tenacity to bill me as a no show when he refused to see me. This group of physicians are a mill for workmans comp patients.

Dr. Aaron Lloyd specializes in interventional pain management and has more than 27 years of experience in the field of medicine. Having trained in both neurology and anesthesiology, he looks forward every day to diagnosing the source of the pain and applying modern medical treatments to ‘fix’ the problem or reduce the painful consequences. This includes all aspects of functional recovery including physical, interventional, psychosocial, and pharmacologic therapies. He received his Bachelor of Science from Emory University and his medical degree from the Penn State University College of Medicine.
