Dr Zaidel was great to deal with having irregular heartbeat at 28 years old he really helped reduce my anxiety towards the situation but also took care of me like I would be his son, thank you dr Zaidel !

My husband had a procedure done in September and no follow up was done. Not even a single phone call. They said they weren't planning on doing a follow up appointment until January! He called to say he wasn't feeling well and was just told that he couldn't have an appointment until November and to just go to the hospital if he had to. What's even the point of being referred to a specialist if you they don't even bother to see you!

I felt quite well received and comfortable with Dr.Zaidel in our meeting. He was clear about everything I needed to know or asked and I left feeling better not worried about my surgery. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to be treated with care and respect.

I saw Dr. Zaidel for a heart issue prior to being scheduled for hip replacement surgery because of a diagnosis of a "left branch blockage" issue in my heart. He was very professional, knowledgeable and reassuring in his examination and explanation of my diagnosis. He took the time to call me right after the appointment to advise me of what medication and supplements to stop prior to my surgery and provided my MD and my hip replacement surgeon with his report within a few hours after seeing me. I was really impressed with Dr. Zaidel's professionality and his compassionate nature.

I was first treated by Dr Zaidel when I was last in Burnaby General Hospital. I was suffering from congestive heart failure and he improved my overall condition by making adjustments to my medications. In the two months since My condition has improved remarkably. I am fortunate that I was treated by him.

Dr. Zaidel did a pre surgery consultation with me and I found him exceptionally knowledgeable and he made sure he covered all aspects of the upcoming surgery which made me much more comfortable prior to seeing him. He did not rush me and was careful to ensure I had no outstanding questions. He even advised me on how to phrase my preference for a general anesthetic vs a spinal in a clear and diplomatic fashion. Thank you very much Dr. Zaidel!!
