To control my blood pressure my prior doctor put me on two medicines. Working with Dr. Wolf, however, she gave me options, and we have gradually remove at least one of the medicines. Now we are working on removing the remaining medicine. I'm looking forward to being off blood all pressure medicines for good -- no matter how long it takes.

I have been seeing Dr. Wolf for six months now, and she has helped me turn my health around -- and all naturally. My hot flashes have greatly decreased; I'm now sleeping throughout the night; and I have significantly more energy. I just had my physical checkup at work and my glucose and cholesterol were finally all normal. All thanks to the diet, exercise, and supplements I've been using the past six months. Also, I have been trying to lose weight for years with no success, but now the pounds are starting to drop. Dr. Wolf is a caring and knowledgeable doctor who welcomed me to her office and took the time to really know me. She meticulously explained all my lab results and answered every question I had. She's like family doctors used to be. She cares.

This doctor stated that if my cholesterol level wasn't lower on the next blood test she would prescribe statins. Did not ever mention LDL particle size, or the fact that cholesterol levels do not predict heart disease. Seemed unaware of much of the current science regarding cholesterol. I was concerned about my mineral levels and she wouldn't advise me as to magnesium dosage until I took a test, but once I had taken a test she said I had to come back in for another appointment ($$$) in order for her to give me any advice on it. She also took my records, saying she would copy them, and then did not copy them until I prodded her numerous times about copying them and returning them to me. She said she had scanned them and emailed them to me, but I didn't receive them. She asked me why I didn't notify her that I hadn't received them; how could I do that when I didn't know she had sent them? My question was "Why didn't you notify me that you sent them, so I could have reported that they had not arrived in my inbox." Very disappointing experience.
She did not have any staff in the office, so that rating is not applicable.
