Nice doctor. More patient than most I’ve seen. Had a laundry list of questions and he answered all of them. Didn’t have to google anything either which is what our doctor often does. Two weeks later my son is doing much better. Too bad he doesn’t do primary care.

We took our son to the ER because he was having difficulty breathing. Thank God Dr. Luc was on-call. The ER doc wasn't sure what was going on. Dr. Luc diagnosed him almost immediately and started treatment right away. It was much more serious than the ER doctors and nurses thought so Dr. Luc took over and save our little boy's life. He got him to Sick Kids ICU and he has now fully recovered. We cannot thank him enough. Somehow everyone at Sick Kids knows him and even the transport team that took such good care of our son said they have him on speed dial whenever they have issues with their kids. We will be forever grateful.

Arrogant is an understatement. Doesn't listen and dismisses any concerns. Incorrectly diagnosed multiple times.

Arrogant. No other words to describe him. Unwilling to listen and dismissive of parent concerns. It literally takes months to convince him something is wrong and even then he makes you feel like your paranoid.... Best part is after a specialist confirms your suspicions Jagiello is dismissive of the specialist findings.

The nurses are great.
The other docs in the clinic are great.
But he is not.

I had a great experience with Dr. Lukasz and my Son. He knew we were struggling with walk-in clinics and didn't have a family doctor and he took my Son as his patient. Very grateful to him.

We were referred to Dr Lukasz very a pediatrician caring for our newborn daughter at the credit valley hospital. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and patient when explaining issues to us. He took his time to listen to our concerns and made us feel extremely comfortable.
