Jen Fariello is the best! I suffered for years, until I met her…she is smart, caring and always comes up with a plan to fix my bladder issues.

I went to Dr. Fariello fur possible PGAD. I suffer from. mental disability and extreme anxiety. Yes, she answered my questions, however, on her after summary note she wrote that I continually asked her questions and she exhaustively answered them. I was mortified at her lack of empathy. She wrote about my anxiety more than the diagnosis. No wonder she is ONLY a nurse practitioner. If I could give her 0 Stars I would

I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so because when people sit at home and write mean, hateful anonymous reviews that says NOTHING except to slander a professional, it really is just a projection of their low-self esteem, low-self image, and their self-hatred. I was referred to Jen by my internist, physical therapist, gynecologist AND 2 of the staff in my OBGYN’s office. After living with chronic pelvic pain for 5 years, seeing someone else in her office who did NOT help me (and who WAS a doctor and thought she knew everything), I am now 75% better after being Jen’s patient for a year. Vulvodynia and pelvic floor dysfunction are not easy to successfully treat. Jen never gave up on trying to find the right combo of therapies for me, even when I wanted to throw in the towel. She thinks out of the box and isn’t afraid to try new things if she thinks it’ll help her patient. Also, I am sure if anyone asks any of Jen’s “real” patients, they will agree, she always corrects people, says she isn’t a doctor, says she’s an NP. To the other reviewers: please seek out therapy for your issues, you obviously need help. Also, to call someone a moron? Very infantile. She has more knowledge in her little toe than probably your entire body as your review proves.

I am so thankful both my doctor (previous urologist) and physical therapist referred me specifically to Jen for my urological and pelvic pain. She is the first one to put me on medications and treatments that work to control my symptoms. I am finally starting to get my life back. She is so knowledgeable as well as caring and compassionate. She always spends a lot of time with me and really listens to me during my visits in order to help me make the best decisions about my healthcare/treatments. Sometimes if I call the office to speak with a nurse or Jen, I do have to leave a message and wait 1or 2 days to get a call back (if it's not an emergency. I've never had to wait if I said it was an emergency). However, I can see how busy and overbooked they are, so I can't blame anyone but their office manager for absence of efficient managing. I know the staff does their absolute best to care for their patients. Jen and the nurses (Lauren, Katie?) are the best in all of Philadelphia!

I have been to four doctors in the past year for my problem and none of them have been able to help me. I saw Jennifer last week and in one visit, she was able to diagnose my problem and started me on medication that has already started to ease my pain. She also spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what was causing my problem and a plan for my treatment. She answered all of my questions. She gave me hope. I would highly recommend Jennifer if you have chronic pelvic pain.
