We met Dr. Casper and her team during a time where my 2-year-old son was diagnosed with failure to thrive and had mild to severe developmental delays. Dr. Casper and her team was Godsent; they worked hard, week after week to help my boy identify facial cues, play with toys appropriately, they taught him how to eat and drink, and socialize with other children, and much more. There were times where I felt hopeless and helpless, but CTLC didn’t give up on us. My son received ABA therapy by CTLC until he was a 10; he’s now 14 and no longer failing but thriving! I owe this agency so much and will forever be grateful. I highly recommended CTLC.

I was referred to Dr. Casper by another parent of an older child that has her as a therapist. She was so kind and helpful and my child who is normally slow to warm up really liked her and opened up right away. She really understands that kids with disabilities are just like typical kids and need emotional support not just ABA. We did ABA for years and now weekly sessions with Dr. Sherry for therapy is making a huge difference.

My daughter has come so far since we started working with Dr. Sherry Casper’s company, CTLC. She was 2.5 when we started and wasn’t talking. She’s now 4.5 and doesn’t stop talking! She is able to participate in sports teams without an aide and will be going to mainstream kindergarten next year. I’m so happy with her progress and the quality of Dr. Casper’s services. They are knowledgeable and tailor their approach to each client. The supervisors and BIs are well trainings as well.

So glad we are with Dr. Casper's company! Our son has made so much progress. We moved from the east coast to get services with Dr. Casper and her staff. Our son wasn't talking when we started and now he is able to talk and understands so much more. His behaviors are so much easier to manage.

My son started with Dr. Casper's company when he was 9 yrs old. He had 2 ABA companies before and made good progress, but with Dr. Casper's staff he made more progress than I ever thought he could. He is able to fully express himself and enjoys playing with other children. His language skills, especially his social language has improved dramatically, he's 11 now. I highly recommend this company

I have beeMy soon had been revieving ABA therapy with Dr. Casper and her syaff at Center for Thoughtful Lasting Change Inc. Dr. Casper is incredibly knowledgeable about my child's condition and the resources I could find in the community. She was always willing to make time to answer all my questions and connect me to other resources. My son was with another company for two years, he made more progress with Dr. Casper's team in 6 months than he did in the two years with the other company. I highly recommend!

Dr. Sherry Casper and her staff have been incredible at helping my son and our entire family in dealing with Autism. Besides a great program that they developed and continuously updated to keep progress moving quickly for him, they had regularly scheduled "team" meetings of all the staff and Dr. Casper of about 2 hours every several weeks, where we as a family could meet and discuss how things have been going, how interactions with the school were going, and working with us to develop the next steps. I love this company, and we cannot say enough about Dr. Sherry's care and concern. She's alway answers my questions, and addresses my concerns despite the fact she's a busy lady! We are very happy with Center for Thoughtful Lasting Change and recommend it highly if you have a child who has Autism.
