Dr Razzak was very professional, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. No complaints at all.
The office staff was misleading during my check in process. When I called back to request my instructions for my procedure, the receptionist made a joke about me taking my prep medication. When I said her comment was not professional she said “whatever”. When I asked for her name she hung up on me. I called back and left a message for the manager but no one returned my call.
I would like to keep my procedure appointment but by trust in the office has been eroded by the lack of care and professionalism.
