I called about an established medical issue. The MA was VERY RUDE, completely unsympathetic and entirely unhelpful! The other doctor in the practice wouldn't even address it. It's not my fault my doctor takes Wednesday off! She spoke to me like I was a child. She called me 'hun' which I find unprofessional. She suggested I go to urgent care. I have a doctor so I do not have to go there. The doctor never writes prescriptions that are covered by Medicaid. Does Medicaid make me less of a patient? I had to call them back for MA to tell me she wasn't going to help me. The doctor never called me. I expected the doctor to care if her patients were unhappy. I was wrong. I am very unhappy with them. Not only would I not recommend them to friends or family, I would discourage anyone from going there. They claimed to be caring and holistic. What ended up happening is the doctor just suggested at home remedies that I was already using. I don't go to the doctor for information I can find online!
