A strange man. Only allowed me to discuss two items per visit. Ended up botching a man's vascetomy after showing up for surgery in shorts, cowboy boots and drunk. Attempted to stab nurse in mental hospital. Still not well.

Yes I am a women in my 30's and I actually have been sexually assaulted by Dr. Holder on several occasions, and he has threatened me to be quiet about it. Dr. Holder is a very malevolent person, I don't understand how someone like this is able to practice medicine, he has completely dehumanized me, he has wrote various negative notes in my patient history data base, I don't know how I can go to another doctor with all the defamation and dehumanization he now has on me on my permanent medical record.
Don't make the same mistake I did, I definitely feel trapped in his lies.

Dr. Holder was my primary physician for over eight years. For the first six years he was kind, thoughtful, compassionate, and just a really good, caring, competent man. However, from there on through the last few years he became more snide, arrogant, angry, impatient, intolerant, and unprofessional with each and every visit, concluding with my final visit when he abruptly walked in and stated that he could no longer be my physician, and started informing me of other clinics I could go to, when I asked him what had happened, what was the problem, he turned to walk out, I pleaded with him to explain this to me, his reply was that he did not HAVE to explain anything to me, and proceeded to walk out and slam the door of the room.
Very sad to see a great Dr. turn into such a poor excuse of not only a Dr. but of a human being.

This man is TOXIC!!!! He has NO BUSINESS practicing medicine! He is arrogant and volatile with a horrible bedside manner. I have NEVER been treated so poorly. He would only address one issue and refused to go through my chart to look at the previous doc’s notes. I’m filing a complaint with the state medical board.

He was not prosecuted for stabbing a nurse while being detoxed (yet again). He is a violent substance abuser and mcpn Arvada hired him to treat medicaid patients (they probably think we're too stupid to check the staff). He should not be allowed to touch women without them knowing his history of violence toward women (which he didn't disclose to me before he examined my body). I never would have let him touch me had I known! This guy should be in prison, not practicing medicine. Good thing his buddies in the medical field covered up for him as they do every time one of these guys almost kills someone (which usually happens in surgery or from malpractice, not intentional stabbing, but hey...)

Dr. Holder was my PCP for over 10 years and gradually became impatient and unwilling to listen. I could only address ONE issue per appointment. If I had any additional issues (even to look at a mole, or spot on my skin) I had to schedule ANOTHER appointment. His history shows he is a substance/alcohol abuser and it showed in everything he did.
