It is a total waste of time going to this doctor. She doesn't diagnoise the problem at all and more importantly she doesn't listen to the patient. Had a worst experience. She doesn't recommend anything, she doesn't diagnose and all she did was for my extreme foot pain buy a pair of new shoes. I think i've something going on in nerves and when I explained she said my medical practise doesn't teach us anything apart from this. I don't understand why UMass has such junk doctors. She is always very angry and doesn't want to answer any of your doubts. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO VISIT HER. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH Dr. Lorraine C.Loretz
